Welcome to Drummond Island

Summer On The Island
Summer is remarkable. The surprise of a life time awaits you. 136 miles of shoreline, with 40 inland lakes — AND — 50 outlying islands, with isolated coves and some of the best fishing waters in the Great Lakes — or just cruise or sail through our beautiful, island dotted waters.
In addition to the attractions of the surrounding waters and islands, on shore you can golf at Woodmoor, ranked in the top ten in Michigan. Hiking or mountain biking is superb, with trails everywhere. Of Drummonds 87000 acres, 50% are State owned.
With over 100 miles of groomed snowmobiling trails and the renowned Ice Bridge To Canada, Drummond Island is the place for some of the most spectacular snowmobiling in North America. Two MIRA sponsored races on the island’s race calendar and the Winter Carnival in February highlight a winter of great snowmobile activities on the island.
Trail maps are available through the Drummond Island Tourism Association (800-737-8666 or 906-493-5245) and at many local businesses. Several resorts offer both guide service and snowmobile rentals. …. Click Here For More Info
